Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in custom metal solutions, is seeking a Metal Fabrication and Assembly Associate to join their team. As a Metal Fabrication and Assembly Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Metal Fabrication and Assembly Associate
Location: Union, MO
Pay Range:
$19-21 per hour
Shift:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
What's the Job?
Perform custom fabrication, large assembly, and forming of sheet metal components
Install sheet metal parts accurately according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise work
Utilize MIG welding and spot welding techniques for assembly tasks
Maintain quality standards and ensure safety protocols are followed
What's Needed?
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with fabrication processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience with MIG and spot welding preferred
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong teamwork and communication skills
