Compensation: $150K - $350K (based on experience) + 0.1-0.5% equity About the Role
The company is looking for a backend-leaning full-stack engineer with experience building and deploying LLM-based products from scratch. The role offers rapid ownership opportunities, with engineers expected to take products from concept to launch while maintaining a high bar for scalability and reliability. Responsibilities Contribute rapidly to product development and eventually own product lines. Design scalable, reliable, and secure systems as the company grows. Translate high-level vision into executable product launches. Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to ship impactful releases. Ideal Candidate 5-10+ years of software engineering experience. Strong backend orientation, but comfortable across the stack. Experience building and deploying LLM-based products. Proficiency with Python, React, and cloud-native infrastructure. Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments.
