We are seeking a
driven and skilled professional
-whether you are an experienced Tooling Design Engineer or a seasoned mold maker ready to step into tooling design. You will create
cutting-edge 2D and 3D designs
for injection mold tooling, fixtures, and end-of-arm tooling, directly impacting the quality and precision of medical devices that touch lives globally.

What You'll Do:
Design
production and prototype tooling and fixtures
, considering part volume, cycle time, mold specifications, and budgets.
Create
highly detailed 2D prints
of critical dimensional areas and complete tooling layouts.
Present designs for
internal review and with customers
, ensuring precision and functionality.
Collaborate with
sales and project engineering teams
on design-for-manufacture improvements.
Perform
mold CAE analysis
, including filling, cooling, and warpage.
What We're Looking For:
Skilled trades training relevant to the
plastics industry
.
2- or 4-year degree preferred
, but experience matters most.
Proven
plastic injection mold experience
-we also welcome talented mold makers ready to grow into tooling design.
