Our client, a leading organization in the construction industry, is seeking an ERP Consultant - Oracle to join their team. As an ERP Consultant - Oracle, you will be part of the IT support team supporting HR, Payroll, Total Rewards, and other related departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Design, configure, and implement Oracle Benefits & Compensation modules to meet specific business requirements.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, total rewards, and IT teams to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable solutions.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure system accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Lead implementation efforts, including data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed to ensure system stability and performance.
What's Needed?
Proven experience with Oracle Benefits & Compensation modules in a professional setting.
Strong understanding of union rules and complexities related to timekeeping in unionized environments.
Experience working within or supporting the construction industry.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
