Starting Pay: $24.00+ (Pay is reviewed after 90 days)

Do you have excellent listening skills and an ability to refer services to meet your clients’ needs? We are looking for an experienced teller with account opening experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. As an Assistant Retail Banking Manager for our 16 Tech Office, you will:

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding, prompt, friendly, and professional customer service.
  • Open and maintain checking, savings, and certificate of deposit accounts.
  • Process teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashing checks.
  • Identify client needs and refer appropriate bank products and services, including loans and investment services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a backup to the Retail Banking Officer as needed.
  • Support the professional development of team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of Senior Retail Banker experience required.
  • NMLS certified in accordance with the SAFE Act requirements.
  • Proficiency in account opening and teller transactions.
  • Strong understanding of bank accounting transactions and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.

Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: Required on Special Events
