Ecommerce Demand Planner - Jewelry & Watches
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Ecommerce & Inventory Planner to manage forecasting, allocation, replenishment, and inventory planning for our jewelry and watch categories. This role will partner closely with sales, ecommerce, and operations to ensure optimal inventory levels that drive sales, maximize margin, and deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Planning & Merchandising
Partner with SVP Sales to develop weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales plans for jewelry and watches. Manage online product assortment, including new launches, core items, and promotions. Analyze sales trends, conversion, and sell-through to recommend assortment changes and product drops. Inventory Management
Forecast demand for jewelry and watches. Create allocation and replenishment strategies to maintain in-stock positions while minimizing overstocks. Monitor inbound shipments and work with supply chain/operations to ensure timely deliveries. Identify slow-moving inventory and recommend markdowns, re-pricing, or promotional activity. Analytics & Reporting
Prepare weekly sales & inventory reports. Provide insights to cross-functional teams to guide business decisions. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field. Ecommerce planning experience required Amazon Seller Central experience preferred 5+ years of planning, buying, or inventory management experience Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling). Experience with ERP, inventory management, or ecommerce platforms (e.g., A2000, Infor M3). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Salary: The anticipated base salary is $90k - $120k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
