Job Description
The Quality Engineer (Automotive) will:
Support and maintain IATF 16949 compliance across manufacturing processes. Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions for quality issues. Monitor product quality through inspections, testing, and data analysis. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and suppliers to resolve quality concerns and drive continuous improvement. Assist with internal and customer audits, ensuring documentation and processes meet regulatory and customer requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to maintain high-quality standards. The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field. Experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive. Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards, quality systems, and audit processes. Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and suppliers. What's on Offer
