In this pivotal leadership position, you will partner closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to ensure brand alignment, accountability, and execution. You will lead strategic planning and execution efforts, integrate our organization, enhance executive communications, and improve team effectiveness. Your contributions will be crucial in driving annual planning, establishing goals, and tracking performance metrics alongside the CMO. As a leader, you will shape the operational rhythms of the marketing function, creating clear priorities and ensuring progress. Furthermore, you will serve as a key liaison, identifying and addressing any organizational gaps while unifying marketing strategy with product development and sales initiatives. To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in marketing, marketing operations, strategy, or business planning, ideally within a global context.
