About the Role We're hiring a full-cycle, high-volume Recruiter to join a small, fast-moving talent team supporting operational hires across utility, telecommunications, fiber, electrical, wireless, technology and data-center projects. You'll source, screen and close candidates for a wide variety of roles (from Foreman to Sr. Director) and help build and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline for current and future needs. What You'll Do Own full-cycle recruiting efforts for multiple operational groups - source, screen, interview and present high-quality candidates. Manage a high requisition load (up to ~20 open reqs at a time) and deliver against hiring KPIs and SLAs. Recruit for a wide range of skill sets and levels - from field and trade roles to mid- and senior-level corporate/operational positions. Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in the ATS and produce timely reporting on progress/metrics. Provide excellent candidate experience through clear, consistent communication across the hiring process. Forecast hiring needs and proactively build talent pipelines for future openings. Negotiate offers and manage expectations for both hiring managers and candidates to enable smooth closes. Present professionally to audiences of varying sizes (team meetings, hiring manager updates, etc.). Support and participate in company culture initiatives and People-team events. Perform other recruiting and People-team duties as assigned. What Success Looks Like

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (high-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred). Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet recruiting KPIs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems. High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred

Previous experience recruiting in construction, utilities (electric, gas, water/wastewater), telecom or field operations. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Demonstrated success recruiting for both hourly/field roles and salaried/professional roles.
