How you create impact
The Operational Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring that our internal customers' experience is a positive one each and every time they engage with the Operational Care Center (OCC). Specifically, the Operational Care Specialist is part of a team within OCC, who are responsible for direct interaction with Customer Care Locations (CCL), proactive customer service, problem solving, follow up, interaction with our customer service colleagues.
Ensure timely and accurate file processing in compliance with company policies and procedures, while maintaining real-time shipment visibility.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels, prioritizing and balancing customer-specific needs daily.
Partner with the Customer Care Location (CCL) team to uphold service commitments by analyzing customer KPI reports and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Work closely with the System Process team to promote automation and enhance efficiency within Operational Care workflows.
Maintain accurate customer data within core operating systems by initiating and updating Business Profiles and overseeing Wiki page content for consistency and accessibility.

1+ years of freight forwarding experience
1+ years of customer service experience
