How you create impact
The Operational Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring that our internal customers' experience is a positive one each and every time they engage with the Operational Care Center (OCC). Specifically, the Operational Care Specialist is part of a team within OCC, who are responsible for direct interaction with Customer Care Locations (CCL), proactive customer service, problem solving, follow up, interaction with our customer service colleagues.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipment files in full compliance with company policies and procedures, while maintaining real-time visibility across all logistics activities.
Manage and prioritize customer-specific requirements by responding to inquiries and service requests through multiple communication channels, delivering consistent and high-quality support.
Collaborate closely with the Customer Care Location (CCL) team to support delivery of customer commitments by analyzing KPI reports and contributing to the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Partner with the System Process team to enhance automation initiatives and increase efficiency across Operational Care workflows.
Ensure complete and accurate integration of customer information into core operating systems by initiating and updating Business Profiles, and maintaining Wiki page content to support team-wide visibility and consistency.
What we would like you to bring
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of freight forwarding experience.
1+ years of customer service experience
You have the ability to work onsite 5 days per week
