Gentry Express Inc is IMMEDIATELY HIRING for full-time SEASONAL FedEx CDL A Home-Daily Drivers out of City of Industry, CA to drive FedEx delivery routes. All positions start November 16th!

Looking to earn great pay before the holidays or explore a path to a permanent role? Gentry is offering short-term driving positions with high earning potential and room to grow!

Route Details:

  • Schedule Options:
    • Duration: ~6 weeks with potential to go permanent
    • Full-Time: 4-6-day workweeks
    • Weekend availability required
  • Lane Type: Undedicated - routes vary weekly based on freight needs
  • Flexibility Required: Drivers must be comfortable with varying dispatch times and lane assignments. Dispatch schedules are determined by incoming freight and may change on short notice.
  • Drive Freightliner Cascadia's (2015-2021), automatic and manual transmission

Minimum CDL A Truck Driver Qualifications include:
  • Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • Valid work history for the past 10 years
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
  • Doubles Endorsement Required
  • Must have at least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, 5 years of experience within the last 10 years, or 6 months of experience with a FedEx-approved driving school
  • Must be able to pass DOT physical, pre-employment background, and drug screen
  • No revoked or suspended license, DUI, DWI, or reckless driving violations.
  • MVR: no more than two moving violations in the last 36 months
