Job title: Contracts Administrator
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 24 months
Job Description: • Draft, review, and manage assigned contracts within contract management system. • Identify legal, financial, risk management, tax, and other contract terms for review by subject matter experts. • Assist attorneys in contract negotiations. • Partner with and educate internal stakeholders on contract related issues. • Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while constantly adapting to meet competing priorities. • Collaborate with other Commercial Legal Services team members. • Perform specified duties in a professional manner and in accordance with ***** values and behaviors. • Perform other duties, as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Paralegal Certificate • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English • Contract review experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Five years prior paralegal experience and Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's degree Prior experience with contract drafting and management
