Pay Information $1,746 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Endoscopy Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 9 Hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Endoscopy License: State RN License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS required Must-Have: - Experience with EPIC and PRC - Ability to circulate, perform bronchoscopy, colonoscopy, and EGD - Skills in monitoring and administering conscious sedation Description: This position involves working as a Registered Nurse in the Endoscopy specialty. The nurse will be expected to perform 10-18 cases per day, per room. Shifts will consist of four 9-hour days from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Days off will vary, and weekend work is required for on-call duties. The nurse may need to float to similar units as needed. The patient population includes a wide range from healthy to complex and critically ill patients. Common procedures include EGDs, colonoscopies, and bronchoscopy, among others. The nurse will work with Olympus scopes and processors. The facility is a teaching hospital with a Magnet designation and is a Level 1 Trauma center.
