Responsibilities

Looking for a reliable production assistant to assemble and break down stage furniture, including podiums, step and repeat backdrops, and news desks for medical symposiums. Three live meetings are scheduled and it would be ideal to hire one person for all three dates.

• WHEN: 10/25 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• VENUE: Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, 340 N 3rd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004
• ROOM: Phoenix Ballroom A (Level 3)
• WHAT: Assemble 3 Podiums and 1 Step and Repeat Backdrop (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
• WHAT: Move 3 Podiums and 1 Step and Repeat Backdrop to Phoenix Ballroom B (9:30 PM - 10:00 PM)
• PAY: $350.00

• WHEN: 10/26 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• VENUE: Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, 340 N 3rd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004
• ROOM: Phoenix Ballroom B (Level 3)
• WHAT: Assemble 4 Podiums and 1 Step and Repeat Backdrop (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
• WHAT: Strike 4 Podiums and 1 Step and Repeat Backdrop (9:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
