Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent team. The Recruiting Coordinator will be a central point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about enabling teams to hire the best talent.
The Role
- Candidate Experience: Manage scheduling of interviews, candidate communication, and travel arrangements while ensuring a world-class candidate journey.
- Hiring Team Support: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics, panel alignment, and feedback collection.
- Process Management: Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), monitor pipelines, and prepare candidate status reports.
- Employer Branding: Assist in creating and posting job descriptions, career site updates, and support recruiting events or initiatives that showcase Divergent’s culture.
- Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows, communication touchpoints, and recruiting operations.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive candidate and company information with discretion and professionalism.
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support (tech or manufacturing environment preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate care.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Workspace).
- A team-first mindset, flexibility, and eagerness to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
- Experience in fast-paced start-up environments.
- Experience supporting university recruiting or internship programs.
Pay Range
$32 - $45 USD
