Our enterprise SAAS client is in need of a hybrid (three days a week on-site) recruiting coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia. The duration of the contract is six months, with the possibility to extend or convert for high performers.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate approximately 100 interviews per week, ensuring efficient use of hiring managers' time and providing a smooth candidate experience.
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing their queries and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and adjust scheduling priorities accordingly.
  • Coordinate and schedule phone screens, video interviews, and on-site interviews (if applicable) using tools like Greenhouse
  • Prepare and distribute interview schedules, candidate resumes, and other relevant materials to interviewers.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, including coordination of necessary paperwork and scheduling of orientation sessions.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

  • Two+ years of recruiting coordinator experience
  • Must live in or near Atlanta, Georigia
  • Experience working for a tech start-up
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Greenhouse
  • Able to schedule 100 interviews a week
  • Must be able to come into mid-town Atlanta three-days a week.
