IT Field Service Technician - Break/Fix
Pay Rate: $22/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible, with overtime and on-call as needed)
Location: Winchester, KY 40391 (within 20-mile radius)
Type: 3 month contract to permanent
Position Overview
We are seeking an IT Field Service Technician to support multiple clients with break/fix and project cases. This role requires strong technical ability in printer support combined with excellent customer service skills. Candidates must be comfortable with local travel, troubleshooting, and providing client-facing technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities Run break/fix and project service cases for a variety of clients. Deliver high-quality customer service while resolving technical issues. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain printers and related IT equipment. Record service activity, parts used, and resolution details. Travel daily as needed (0-150 miles per day). Participate in on-call rotation as required. Requirements & Qualifications
Drug and Background screening MVR- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. 1-2 years of IT support or printer repair experience. Strong customer service skills and communication. Proven break/fix printer support experience. CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required).
