Director of Admissions & Recruiting, RTS Dallas: Reformed Theological Seminary

Job Description:

Specific Responsibilities

• Review applications, conduct interviews with prospective students, and admit qualified candidates.
• Travel to recruit students and meet with influential contacts (pastors/alums) in regions including Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Colorado, and New Mexico.
• Build relationships with local and regional college campus ministers, especially RUF campus ministers.
• Represent RTS at regional presbyteries and denominational gatherings targeting the RTS demographic.
• Plan recruiting trips, meetings, and campus events for prospective and current students.
• Participate in faculty speaking engagements to promote RTS.
• Coordinate recruiting and speaking engagements at churches, universities, and conferences to increase campus visibility.
• Work with Institutional Communications to maintain an active online presence (web and social media).
• Assist prospective and current students with housing, jobs, and other logistical needs impacting their attendance.
• Provide academic advising and support with financial aid processes as needed.
• Collaborate with other Admissions Directors to represent RTS effectively.
