What You'll Be Doing:
Lead Plant Operations
Own day-to-day oversight of production, maintenance, quality, and engineering-ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
Set the Strategy
Develop and deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to meet performance goals and align with company-wide initiatives.
Drive Capital Projects
Lead capital investments from start to finish-including scoping, budgeting, execution, and post-project ROI.
Champion Lean and CI
Implement lean manufacturing tools to reduce waste, boost productivity, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Develop People & Culture
Grow and mentor high-performing teams, build accountability, and create an environment where employees thrive.
Support Engineering & Facilities
Bring your technical know-how to support equipment upgrades, expansions, and preventive maintenance efforts.
Deliver for Customers
Balance operational priorities with customer needs-delivering quality products on time and on spec.
Lead Through Change
Support the rollout of new systems, technologies, and culture-building initiatives with clarity and confidence.
What We're Looking For:
? Bachelor's degree
? 8+ years in manufacturing operations leadership
? Strong background in plastics
? Experience with lean manufacturing and process optimization
? Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
