Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Assembly Technician to join a growing team in Tulsa. This role involves reviewing work orders, acquiring parts, assembling new products, and coordinating with manufacturing as needed. The Assembly Technician will also gain basic knowledge of test procedures and support repair and maintenance efforts to improve products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools to make or repair parts and products.
• Interpret technical documents such as diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Keep a clean and organized workspace.
• Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance to improve products and services.
• Document test procedures, data, and observations.
• Perform electrical wiring and riveting tasks as required.

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and oral directions.
• Proven experience with mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Work experience with electrical wiring and riveting required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs as needed.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• This is a safety-sensitive position due to handling hazardous materials, operating vehicles/equipment, and monitoring critical processes.
• Work requires frequent standing, bending, squatting, and climbing throughout the shift.
• Involves handling, processing, and transporting volatile or flammable materials.
• Requires close attention to safe handling practices and PPE compliance.
