Job Summary: The Emergency Department RN holds shift accountability for providing care to ED patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy. The RN demonstrates critical thinking skills, judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning for safe care delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining competencies through continuing education, prioritizing patient care needs, and supervising personnel involved in patient care. HumanEdge Health
