What You'll Do
As our
Electrical Engineering Manager,
you'll combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to guide the development of next-generation Class III active implantable devices. You'll: Shape the vision
- work with company leadership to define the technology roadmap and guide our electrical and system architecture strategy. Deliver technical excellence
- plan and execute the designing, prototyping, and troubleshooting of circuits, embedded systems, power management, ASICs, and communication systems. Drive Innovation
- architect and integrate subsystems, perform benchtop testing, and ensure reliability and compliance with medical device standards. Collaborate across disciplines
- partner with mechanical, firmware, and systems teams, as well as external stakeholders to bring complex projects from concept to clinic. Manage and inspire your team
- foster a high-performing, collaborative environment that encourages creativity, technical growth, and problem-solving. What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) plus 10+ years of hardware design in embedded systems, systems engineering, or related fields Expertise in analog/digital circuit design, PCB layout, and component selection Familiarity with Class III medical device standards (21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, IEC 60601, ISO 14708, etc.). 2+ years of engineering leadership experience 2-3 years of management experience A passion for solving technical challenges Why Join Us
