NEW CREATIONS OF LIFE INC is hiring: Custodian in Bristol

Location: New Creations of Life, Inc., Bristol, PA

Commitment: 4-6 hours per week - Flexible Scheduling

Reports To: Office Manager / Volunteer Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Volunteer Custodian to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and sanitary environment in our small non-profit facility. This role is vital in supporting our mission by ensuring that staff, volunteers, and visitors feel comfortable and safe in our space.

• Sweep and mop floors in common areas, offices, and restrooms

• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, shelves, and windowsills

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors

• Empty and re-line trash and recycling bins

• Restock restroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.)

• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify staff when stock is low

• Follow all health and safety guidelines related to cleaning

• Report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) to staff

• No prior experience required - training will be provided

• Comfortable working independently

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (e.g., bending, lifting, standing for periods)

• Positive attitude and commitment to supporting our mission

• A friendly, supportive environment
