Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients in the Med-Surg ICU, including monitoring, assessment, and administration of medications. Utilize advanced clinical skills and knowledge to perform assessments, interventions, and treatments for critically ill patients. Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding treatment plans, progress, and changes in condition. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to achieving high standards of patient care. Provide emotional support and address concerns to help patients and families navigate the ICU experience. Candidate requirements
BSN is preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is acceptable with relevant experience. 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a Med-Surg ICU or similar intensive care setting. BLS certification required, ACLS) certification preferred &Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
