Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented assembler to join their team. As an assembler, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the assembly line to ensure high-quality vehicle replacements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will contribute to the success and efficiency of the organization.
Job Title:
Assembler
Location: Colonial Heights, VA
Pay Range: Starting at $17/hr
Shift: 4x10 - Mon-Thurs, 6am - 4:30pm
What's the Job?
Assemble vehicle components accurately and efficiently according to specifications
Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and defects
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
What's Needed?
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required
