Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Lab Assembler/Operator to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Monday-Friday
What's the Job?
Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical device assemblies
Follow standardized procedures to ensure high-quality production
Maintain accurate documentation for all manufacturing processes and quality assurance
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding production issues and improvements
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions
Basic understanding of electronic data collection systems and computer software
Ability to handle small components and parts with precision
Strong decision-making skills with minimal supervision
