Compensation: Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000 Per Year
Description: Support the Director of Behavioral Health Services in ensuring quality service provision. Maintain a caseload and provide services to individuals with substance use disorder. Conduct clinical reviews and ensure service appropriateness. Provide supervision and training to clinical staff. Participate in policy and procedure updates.
Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical supervision to social workers and clinical staff. Review and approve treatment plans. Conduct utilization and chart reviews. Facilitate trainings and wellness activities for staff. Conduct intake interviews and assessments. Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based practices. Manage participant care and coordinate referrals to community resources.
Qualifications: New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Experience supervising counselors in an 822 clinic, with trauma recovery work preferred. 3 years' experience in a licensed chemical dependency program. Strong clinical, advocacy, and supervision skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using electronic systems for clinical recordkeeping. Commitment to working with diverse populations and individuals involved with the legal system.
