To coordinate the custodial duties of the school building while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and efficiency.
Organizational Relationship:
Reports to the Coordinator of Buildings and Grounds and the Building Principal.
Qualifications:

Salary established by the Board of Education and PSRP agreement.
Hourly rate of pay for 2025-26 is $20.98. Custodians work 8.5 hours per day (8.0 paid hours and 0.5 unpaid lunch). The work year includes 244 days plus 16 paid holidays for a toal of 260 paid days (2,080 paid hours per year).
The lead custodian will be compensated with their normal houely wage plus a $7,000 annual stipend.
The Board will pay 100% of the premium cost of Employee Only HMO coverage and 90% of Employee Only PPO Coverage.
Beginning November 1, 2025, the Board will pay 60% of the premium for dependent coverage (Family, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Children).
