Description: Custodial Duties include and are not limited to: cleaning and various housekeeping tasks, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs alone and over 50lbs with assistance, working both indoors and outdoors, operating cleaning and maintenance equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications: • Custodial experience preferred • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions in English • Ability to perform physical labor tasks in various weather conditions • Ability to multi-task and respond to directions in a positive manner

Salary and Benefits: Salary established by the Board of Education and PSRP agreement.

Hourly rate of pay for 2025-26 is $20.98. Custodians work 8.0 hours per day (7.5 paid hours and 0.5 unpaid lunch). The work year includes 244 days plus 16 paid holidays for a toal of 260 paid days (1,950 paid hours per year)

The Board will pay 100% of the premium cost of Employee Only HMO coverage and 90% of Employee Only PPO Coverage.

Beginning November 1, 2025, the Board will pay 60% of the premium for dependent coverage (Family, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Children).
