We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. This position plays a key role in building, wiring, and assembling high-quality products and systems. What You'll Do:
Perform both basic and complex assembly, wiring, and erection of products and systems under general supervision.
Read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, sketches, manuals, and verbal instructions.
Devise and follow nonstandard procedures when necessary to meet requirements.
Coordinate work with other groups to ensure schedules and commitments are met.
Ensure all tasks comply with company quality procedures and safety policies.
May provide guidance or check the work of lower-level personnel.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2-5 years of related assembly experience (manufacturing or technical assembly preferred).
Ability to read and interpret engineering and wiring drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow established practices and procedures while meeting quality and accuracy standards.
Flexibility to work in different environments, schedules, or off-site locations if needed.
