Job Description

Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and documentation. Analyze process data and address non-conformances, low yields, or quality issues. Partner with Maintenance to improve equipment uptime and reduce downtime using RCA and CI methods. Support and lead cross-functional projects; mentor junior engineers and technical staff. Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 (CGMP). Implement new equipment and processes from specification to validation. Develop training materials and support technical onboarding for manufacturing personnel. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. 2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device preferred). Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, RCA, and process validation. Familiarity with CAD tools and ERP systems (e.g., IQMS). Strong understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. What's on Offer
