Compensation:

$80,000+ annually , based on experience and qualifications Position Summary
We are seeking a
Quality Engineer
to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about maintaining high standards in product quality and process control. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in quality systems and tools. Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and monitor supplier performance (SQA), including vendor ratings and audits Review contracts and specifications before and after awards Conduct internal audits and support QMS metric reporting Maintain calibration systems and measurement tools Lead or support Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) decisions Perform Gage R&R studies and statistical process control (SPC) Conduct Cp/Cpk analysis and process validations Supervise and support the inspection team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role Strong knowledge of statistical tools and quality methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in technical writing and documentation Preferred Certifications ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) AS 9100 Internal Auditor Certification Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
