About The Job. The Production Supervisor is a leadership position that supports the Production Manager (VSM) and supervises a hard-working team of machine operators who make wipes for our customers. This important position oversees operations on manufacturing value streams to ensure everything runs seamlessly every day so that our customers’ shelves stay full.

What You Can Expect

As a Production Supervisor, you would be responsible for providing leadership and directing the daily activities of 15 – 30 machine operators on one or more manufacturing value streams that produce our wipes. You would work closely with cross-functional leaders from Safety, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse. Priorities are keeping employees safe and customers happy. You will think safety first and anticipate obstacles to prevent downtime, meet piece-count schedules, and ensure the right products are produced at the right time with the right quality and cost.

Other daily responsibilities include working with spreadsheets, reports, emails, presentations, timekeeping, payroll, and attending or facilitating various meetings. You will communicate to leadership through data using shift reports to detail the successes and challenges of the production team. You should anticipate challenges and solve problems creatively.

• Education: a high school diploma with leadership experience in manufacturing OR a bachelor’s degree in management or related field

With over 120,000 square feet of combined warehouse and manufacturing space in our Mooresville, Indiana facility, supervisors must be able to stand and walk for much of the shift and may need to lift up to 25 pounds.
