Summary:

In this role, you will plan and execute efficient production flow for the company's goods, data, and information. This role is focused on designing models that optimize labor costs, production flow/volume, and efficiency and works closely with production team members and department managers to achieve results. In addition, this position is responsible for production-related audit (PLA) coordination.

Responsibilities: Provide production results for timely updates and monitoring Record operational costs and provide reports Support plans to efficiently use plant staff and equipment to produce maximum revenue Support staffing requirements based on upcoming work and historical data on productivity Support current operational strategies and recommend improvements Oversee layered process audit (LPA) programs for multiple LG locations

Schedule audit Author audit documents Manage users, update profiles Update schedules for missed audits Maintain location tables

Maintain software and complete database entries, generating monthly and weekly reports Develop process-flow diagrams and training materials for team Develop automated workflows for robotic process automation (RPA) Participate in daily team meeting and project meetings as needed Develop software solutions (e.g., for project or inventory management) upon request Collaborate with stakeholders throughout a project to ensure business needs are met Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:

Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, IT project management, engineering, or related field required, MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent, relevant experience Experience:

1 to 3+ years of related experience Manufacturing experience preferred Language:
