Create and manage daily domestic and international purchase orders. Track orders to ensure timely delivery and confirm receipt of materials. Procure metals (steel, coils, rods) and factory equipment/tools. Evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate pricing. Prepare cost-saving reports. Resolve quality, accounting and inventory discrepancies. Handle non-conforming materials promptly and accurately. Coordinate vendor shipments and manage related communications. Must have the ability to lift objects weighing 20 lbs., maintain equipment, and access various areas of the facility.
