Infrastructure Architect

specializing in

Microsoft Autopilot configuration and deployment

to lead enterprise-wide device provisioning initiatives for a 1 year hybrid contract.

Must work on our W2 Consultant should reside in Columbus, OH or Merriville, IN area.

This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11, with hands-on experience in device imaging, automation, and security compliance.

The ideal candidate will collaborate across infrastructure, security, and project management teams to design, implement, and sustain Autopilot deployments, while providing documentation, reporting, and long-term support for the environment.

Key Responsibilities

Configuration and Implementation Configure and deploy Microsoft Autopilot for enterprise device provisioning and lifecycle management. Develop and implement deployment profiles, policies, and automation processes. Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to integrate Autopilot with Intune, Active Directory, and Azure AD. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and cyber security standards during all deployments. Project Management

Partner with the project manager to plan and execute implementation activities. Contribute to achieving milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Provide regular project status updates, including risks, issues, and resolutions. Documentation and Reporting

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Autopilot configurations, processes, and procedures. Generate reports on deployment progress, adoption, and issue resolution. Ongoing Support & Maintenance (Post-Project)

Monitor and maintain the Autopilot environment for performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Autopilot deployments. Provide training and support for IT staff and end users on Autopilot workflows. Stay current on Microsoft Autopilot and Intune updates, implementing enhancements as needed. Required Qualifications

Proven experience configuring and deploying

Microsoft Autopilot . Hands-on expertise with

Microsoft Intune ,

Active Directory , and

Azure Active Directory . Strong knowledge of

Windows 10/11 deployment and management . Proficiency with

PowerShell scripting

for automation. Experience with

device imaging, provisioning, and management processes . General understanding of

network configurations

and

security protocols . Preferred Profile

Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills. Prior experience in utility or highly regulated industries is a plus. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across infrastructure, security, and project management teams. Pay rate:$77-89.38
