As we expand our U.S. operations, we are seeking a talented

Business Development Manager focused on Fracturing Chemicals

to drive growth and provide expert technical support to our clients.

Position Summary:

In this role, you will provide field-based technical support for our

fracturing chemical solutions

portfolio. Your primary focus will be on conducting field testing, optimizing fracturing fluid systems, and troubleshooting operational challenges at customer sites. You will collaborate closely with customers to improve fluid performance, ensure product compatibility, and support new product formulations to drive market growth. Additionally, you will contribute to technical service initiatives aimed at strengthening Welldone Chemical's position in the hydraulic fracturing market.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of Welldone's fracturing chemical portfolio (friction reducers, surfactants, scale inhibitors, biocides, breakers, clay stabilizers) Identify new business opportunities and manage key customer relationships. Provide field-level technical support during hydraulic fracturing operations. Assist customers with chemical selection and optimization for well performance. Collaborate with R&D and product teams to support product trials and performance validation. Prepare technical presentations and reports for client. Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer nee Support quality assurance by gathering performance data and feedback from field operations. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field 7+ years of experience in fracturing chemical sales, technical support, or field operations. Strong knowledge of hydraulic fracturing processes and chemical applications. Excellent communication and relationship management skil Ability to travel to customer sites and field locations as needed. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Must be authorized to work in US.
