What You’ll Do
Assist customers with paint, stain, and finishing needs – from choosing the right product to mixing the perfect color.
Keep the paint department organized, stocked, and looking its best.
Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
Learn about our full line of hardware, home improvement, and DIY products to make helpful suggestions.
Operate paint mixers, tinting machines, and other equipment safely and accurately.
What We’re Looking For
A people-person with excellent communication skills.
Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Basic math and measurement skills (helpful for paint mixing).
Willingness to learn and grow within our family-owned business.
Previous retail or paint experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
