Power award for #1 in Customer Satisfaction six times. Job Duties and Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Visit customers' homes to resolve issues and introduce them to smart home technology. Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products. Educate customers on how to use their technology and recommend additional services when appropriate. Willingness to travel as needed and flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays. Physical Ability: Climb ladders (up to 40 ft). Lift up to 70 lbs. Must meet and maintain a 335 lb weight limit. Customer Focus:
