Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Travel to customers' residences to diagnose and resolve issues while introducing them to smart home technology.
Install DISH equipment and smart home products directly in customer homes.
Guide customers on using their technology and suggest additional services when beneficial.
Maintain a tidy work area and demonstrate a professional demeanor while ensuring teamwork remains a priority.

Willingness to travel as necessary, with flexible shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays. Physical Ability: Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft). Capability to lift up to 70 lbs. Must adhere to a weight limit of 335 lbs. Customer Focus:
