Description: Our up-market Commercial team works with growing organizations ranging from 250 to 10,000 employees. This role offers a dynamic environment with personalized training and career development opportunities.

Commercial Business Unit:

  • Mid-Commercial (201 - 1000 employees)
  • General Commercial (1001 - 5000 employees)
  • Enterprise Corporate Sales (5000+ employees)

Vertical: This role focuses on selling into the Retail and Consumer Goods industry.

Teams may sell the entire Salesforce Platform or specialize in specific clouds such as Slack, NetZero Cloud, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, Specialization Cloud, or Digital.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite executives. Use your skills to develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • Create and implement long-term account strategies aligned with customer objectives
  • Coordinate with Salesforce resources to meet customer needs
  • Perform account planning and ensure strategic alignment across teams
  • Communicate Salesforce's value to existing and new customers
  • Drive growth within assigned accounts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 3 years in the field
  • Experience managing existing accounts and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities or focusing on new customer acquisition
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to strategize with large teams
  • Relevant experience in leadership, military, volunteer roles, or work history that demonstrates core competencies
