Brink’s is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of global Salesforce solutions, optimizing and consolidating multi-org systems. This is a strategic, hands-on role perfect for someone with a passion for innovation and large-scale transformation, with a focus on business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce solution architecture and ensure alignment with regional needs. Drive multi-org consolidation into a unified global system. Optimize and deploy Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, billing, subscription management). Implement robust integrations with external systems (ERP, eCommerce, marketing automation) using APIs and middleware. Lead data migration strategies and ensure system scalability. Oversee development teams, ensuring architectural integrity and code quality. Collaborate with business and IT teams to define and execute scalable solutions. Manage governance, performance, and security compliance across Salesforce systems. Provide mentorship, promote best practices, and drive platform adoption. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7-8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with expertise in Salesforce Commerce, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. Strong hands-on development skills in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows, Visualforce. Experience with DevOps/CI/CD for Salesforce (GitHub, Gearset, Jenkins). Expertise in data migration, ETL, and Salesforce integration (MuleSoft, Boomi). Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications required. Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred. Experience with ERP and financial system integrations (SAP, Oracle). Familiarity with Heroku, B2B/B2C Commerce, and customer data platforms.
