Job Title: Integrated Marketing Manager
Location: Universal City, CA (HYBRID)
Duration: 6 Months
Role Summary This role supports the SVP and two VPs of Integrated Marketing, contributing to the development and execution of custom integrated content for approximately 12-15 theatrical film releases annually. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic, creative, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Oversee timelines, track key deadlines, coordinate asset delivery, and manage post-production workflows to ensure seamless execution across campaigns.
Asset Management & Distribution
Facilitate the distribution of film assets and marketing materials to internal teams and external partners.
Documentation & Systems Maintenance
Maintain department decks, records, and systems including:
Integrated Marketing department presentation deck Frame.io content management system Master spreadsheets, trackers, and archival records
Presentation Development
Create presentation materials for filmmakers and brand partners.
Budget & Invoicing
Track and manage production budgets; process invoices and ensure timely payments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with internal departments such as media, digital, publicity, creative advertising, research, legal, music, and brand partnerships.
Content Shoot Support
Coordinate pre-shoot logistics with partners Provide on-site support and note-taking as needed Oversee post-shoot footage delivery Demonstrate strong written communication through professional emails, campaign recaps, and occasional copywriting
Basic Requirements Experience
Manager: 3+ years Sr. Manager: 5+ years Background in entertainment, marketing, or a related field Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Highly skilled in Keynote or PowerPoint
Desired Characteristics:
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented across all aspects of work Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities and personalities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proactive self-starter who thrives in collaborative environments Experience with digital and social media campaigns Familiar with production logistics and on-set shoot coordination Understanding of post-production processes and terminology Passionate about television, film, and the entertainment industry

This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).
