MARKETING COORDINATOR WME is looking for a marketing coordinator to join their team and support the sales and marketing efforts for the WME Independent group. The ideal candidate is a highly organized,

detail-oriented, culturally fluent, and an eager to learn candidate , with some direct exposure to film/entertainment marketing. They will support the VP of marketing & publicity on the day-to-day operations across the diverse slate of films. Core Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of international marketing and publicity campaigns Coordinate delivery of marketing assets (trailers, posters, key art, digital/social content, AV materials) to local territories Track deadlines, campaign calendars, and ensure timely distribution of materials Support festival, premiere, and event planning (venue coordination, travel, schedules, invites, press lists, RSVPs) Manage shipping/delivery of print and digital materials to international distributors and festivals Prepare presentation decks, creative briefs for executives, filmmakers, or partners and ad hoc marketing materials as needed Proofread and review translated/localized marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency Maintain marketing databases, asset libraries, and shared drives Process invoices, POs, vendor contracts, and budget trackers Maintain international release date grids, P&A reports, and track box office performance across territories Update and maintain the department website Experience & Skills

2 -3 years in film marketing, publicity, PR, events, or entertainment Understanding of film distribution, release strategies, and international markets. Familiarity with creative assets (trailers, posters, digital content) and publicity tools (press kits, bios, festival strategies). Awareness of global awards campaigns, festival circuits, and influencer/digital activations. Clear and professional written/verbal communication skills. Ability to liaise diplomatically with filmmakers, executives, press, and international partners. Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple campaigns across territories. Deadline-driven with excellent time management skills. Comfortable tracking deliverables, budgets, and campaign calendars. Multilingual ability (or cross-cultural sensitivity) is a big plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace. Basic design/AV knowledge (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, or Canva) helpful. Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, assets, and documentation. Personal Attributes
