Plastics Process Engineering Intern

this coming

summer (2026) . We are looking for people who are excited to become part of a team, working hands-on to solve complex problems. This internship will offer you the opportunity to work hands on within our manufacturing environment to gain real world experience in manufacturing.

There are two positions available, one for those with prior internship experience and one for those without prior internship experience. Please see the descriptions below:

[Without prior internship experience]

Work hands on with our injection molding machines (90% on the floor, 10% in the office)

Pulling parts, inspections, troubleshooting issues

Exposure to production manufacturing

Work with our engineering team to identity areas to improve

[With prior internship experience]

Theme Driven summer project

Work hands on with our engineering team to solve problems/improve processes

Example of prior project: Automation project to reduce labor needs

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications:

Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering-related program

Preference given to those pursuing manufacturing/plastics related programs

Ability to work 40-45 hours per week

Must communicate effectively- written and verbal

Is a team player
