Save Job

What is the job?

The Concessions & Merchandise Functional Lead is the architect behind Regal’s snack and retail universe, ensuring that every popcorn bucket, candy box, and promo bundle flows seamlessly through our Oracle SCM storyline. Acting as the design authority, this role brings together point-of-sale systems, vendor platforms, and finance modules into one connected ecosystem — giving Regal clear visibility into costs, waste, and promotions while keeping operations running like a blockbuster premiere. From Inventory to Procurement, Costing to POS integrations, you’ll orchestrate the systems and processes that make every transaction smooth and every concession stand a hit.

What will you be doing?

You’ll direct the global design of Oracle SCM for concessions and merchandise, making sure processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned across regions. You’ll lead design workshops and blueprint sessions, partnering with Operations, Finance, and Procurement to turn requirements into system configurations. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery of workflows — from vendor price file updates and recipe cost roll-ups to POS integrations and stock reconciliations — like a showrunner making sure every subplot ties together. You’ll own testing and validation, ensuring accuracy for COGS, item costs, promotions, shrink, and transfers. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for Oracle SCM issues, continuously improving processes, dashboards, and compliance to keep our operations audience-ready. About you

You bring 5+ years of functional experience in finance, supply chain, or ERP implementations, with deep expertise in Oracle SCM or related modules. You’ve played lead roles in process design, configuration, and transformation programs, and can independently document workflows and configurations. You understand the unique challenges of concessions and merchandise — from vendor pricing and recipe roll-ups to promo tracking and waste reduction. You’re fluent in integration points across POS, vendor platforms, and Finance, and comfortable with audit, SOX, and internal control requirements. You’re a strong communicator, workshop leader, and problem-solver, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and keep stakeholders aligned. You will be a great fit if our values resonate with you: We Create, We Perform, We Inspire. About Regal
