HireArt is hiring: Forklift Driver in Moreno Valley

Expected compensation: 19.50 - 21.00 USD per hour. This position is onsite in Moreno Valley, CA and is a full-time, ongoing contract staffed via HireArt.

HireArt is helping ResMed hire a Forklift Driver to transport materials, tools, equipment, and products by operating motorized and non-motorized equipment.

Shifts

1st shift - 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (about $19.50/hr)

2nd shift - 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM (about $21/hr)

As a Forklift Driver Youll

• Compare identifying information and count items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records.
• Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Operate equipment to place palletized materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or convey orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Open boxes and prepare parcels for shipping.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ months experience with a Raymond 7500 stand-up reach forklift
• Comfortable being on feet for the majority of the scheduled shift
• Steel-toe shoes are required starting on Day 1
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Customer-centric commitment to build and maintain customer relationships
• Energetic, self-motivated, quick-thinking with a positive attitude
• Flexible to work varying schedules, hours, and overtime as needed
• Ability to walk and occasionally sit, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift up to 40 lbs
