Expected compensation: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour.

Location: Moreno Valley, CA. This is a full-time, onsite contract position.

Shifts

• 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM ($19.50/hr)
• 2nd shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM ($21/hr)

Responsibilities

• Compare identifying information and counts items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records.
• Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Operate equipment to place palletized materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or convey orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Open boxes and prepare parcels for shipping.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ months experience with a Raymond 7500 stand-up reach forklift
• Comfortable being on feet for the majority of the shift
• Steel-toe shoes required starting Day 1
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Customer-centric commitment to build and maintain customer relationships
• Energetic, self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Flexible to work varying schedules, hours, and overtime as needed
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and to walk and occasionally sit, kneel, crouch, crawl

This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. This position will be onsite and available to candidates local to Moreno Valley, CA.
