This position requires one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Advanced Social Worker (LASW) Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) With over 40 clinics across Washington and Oregon, we are a leading community health center offering a range of services including medical, dental, behavioral health, and more. We strive to provide holistic support to those in need. Position Highlights: Compensation: $49.28/hour 0.50 FTE (20 hours/week) 100% employer-paid health insurance (medical, dental, vision, Rx, and 24/7 telemedicine) Profit sharing & 403(b) retirement plan available Generous PTO, 8 paid holidays, and more! What You'll Do: Assess client needs and provide appropriate diagnoses Conduct intake sessions and complete Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments Formulate treatment plans based on the DSM V standards Provide therapy and supportive counseling to clients Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models as needed Monitor progress and adjust treatment using screening tools Document all encounters following organizational requirements Respond to crises and facilitate access to acute care services Assist clients in transitioning back into the community Document and facilitate referrals for additional services Present findings in team meetings and case reviews Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations Complete additional assigned duties Who We're Looking For: A licensed therapist with direct experience in child and adolescent treatment A collaborative team player who engages with interdisciplinary teams A therapist skilled in managing complex treatment plans and evidence-based practices Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Qualifications: Education:

Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field Required Experience:

Two years' post-graduate experience in mental health treatment, with a preference for one year treating children Licenses/Certificates/Registration:

One of the required licenses mentioned above; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire Our Mission Statement:
